The declaration

DIVIDED,
WE DECLINE.

Chiropractic does not lack value. It lacks the organization required to protect that value, extend its reach, and secure its future.

The profession has been exploited, imitated, dismissed, and divided. Other professions perform chiropractic adjustments. Insurance companies dictate terms. Schools struggle. Utilization fails to reflect the size of the population that could benefit from care.

The old institutions have not changed the direction. Chiro Union is building a new center of gravity for the profession, beginning with a national movement and growing toward a true membership association and trade union.

01

Organization

No profession can protect itself while its people remain divided.

02

Ownership

The future of chiropractic belongs to the people who practice, teach, and advance it.

03

Representation

Insurance companies, regulators, and competing professions organize. Chiropractors must do the same.

04

Growth

Flat utilization and shrinking institutions are not acceptable outcomes for a profession with enduring public value.

05

Action

Meaningful change must begin now, not after another generation of decline.

The profession will not save itself.
